Margaret A. "Maggie" McIntyre Strahan was married to Charles Strahan in 1879. She was born in about 1858 in Illinois to Daniel McIntyre, 1824-1917, who was born in Scotland, and Elizabeth Edmiston McIntyre, 1829-1905, who was born in Tennessee. There were 9 children living from her birth family in 1905, the year her mother passed. They were: Elizabeth McIntyre Fuller, 1848-1943, John E. "Johnnie" McIntyre, 1851-1927, Margaret "Mag" or "Maggie" McIntyre Strahan, 1858-1931, George McIntyre, 1859-1949, Suzanna A. McIntyre Rhiel, 1861-1944, Mary McIntyre James, 1864-1934, Albert McIntyre, 1867-1956, Annie Bell McIntyre Turney, 1869-1966, and Robert "Rob" McIntyre, 1871-1950. Her obituary was published on April 6, 1931. I will attach it along with a picture from her birth family, taken in 1905 following the death of her mother, Elizabeth Edmiston McIntyre.
