Jack was born to Dorothy and Jack Falk Sr. in Aberdeen, Washington. He grew up in Keyport and Poulsbo and graduated from North Kitsap High School in 1967. He joined the US Navy as a Gunnersmate and served 3 tours in Vietnam. Jack married Wendy Born in San Diego. They had 1 son. They divorced and he married Ilene in Poulsbo. They had 3 children together. Jack was active duty when he perished in a motorcycle accident in Tacoma. Jack counselled many sailors which was his passion. He made a difference for many families serving our country.
