Mrs. Bell passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at her home.
She was born September 25, 1931, to Fred D. and Annie Bell Perkins Howell in Electra, Texas.
She was a pharmacy tech at Cartmell Home and tech pharmacy at Beto at TDCJ till retirement in 1993. After retirement Bobbye hit the road traveling in her truck and RV.
Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her parents, sons; Lewis Michael Bell and Robert Patrick Bell, and brother Fred A Howell.
She is survived by daughters; Kathryn Sinks and husband Roger of Elkhart, and Elizabeth A. Jenkins of Palestine, daughter-in-law Ann St. John Bell, grandchildren; David Warrington, Heather Chambless, Jennifer Sinks McCormick, Mistie Teetz, Kristi McClellan, Thomas Sinks, Tayna Bell, Becky Bell, Melissa Guity, Brandon Bell, Angie McClure, Lindsey Bell Elliot, and Mary Jo Bell, twenty-seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service time on Saturday.
