Betty is survived by her loving husband, Charles E. Aliff of Indianapolis; one daughter, Jessica (Thomas Dickerson) McCory of Indianapolis; one son, Jason (Ashley) McCory of Mooresville; 12 grandchildren: Allie, Liam, Emma, Ryanna, Summer, Wyatt, Jadon, Kayler, Kyler, Thomas III, Tanner and Layla; one sister, Evelyn Dugger of Speedway; one brother, Bobby Joe Morgan of Mooresville; and seven nieces. Betty is preceded in death by both of her parents; her first husband, James Curtis McCory; one grandson, Tony Ryan; and one brother, Timothy Coffelt.
Betty was a 1981 graduate of Ben Davis High School. She was a member of Apostolic Revival Center in Indianapolis. Betty enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing, and especially loved spending time with family.
Family and friends may show their love and support from 4 to 8 pm on Tuesday, July 13th and from 10 to 11 am on Wednesday, July 14th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. Bishop Willie Duncan and Sister Anna Rutoskey will officiate the celebration of life service at 11 am on Wednesday, July 14th at the Funeral Home. Betty will be laid to rest at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville.
