Rites Held: For Mrs. John Tyson. Burial rites were held at the family plot in the Santa Anna Cemetery for Mrs. John Tyson of Cross Plains on Wednesday afternoon, October 6, following funeral services at Cross Plains, where she had lived for 41 years. She, with her husband, Dr. John Tyson, and children, had lived in Santa Anna before moving to Cross Plains in 1907.
She is survived by four sons and three daughters: Grady of San Antonio; John of Lubbock; Lindney of Cross Plains; and Clovis of Coleman; Mrs. W. B. Williams of Cross Plains; Mrs. H. B. Hardt of Fort Worth; and Mrs. Garrett Fomby of Brownwood.
