Born in Spartanburg, on December 10, 1951, to Wilburn Andrew Loftis and Stella Strange Loftis, he is survived by his wife of 41 years, Connie Dean Loftis, of Simpsonville, a daughter, Christina Loftis Welch, son-in-law Andrew Welch, and grandson, Kallan Josiah Welch, of Greer, as well as a brother, Daniel Loftis, of Simpsonville.
He was unendingly proud to be a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Glenn is described by loved ones as being kind and creative with a great sense of humor. He was a talented photographer, Ford Mustang enthusiast, and could often be found in his garage working on any number of projects.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on July 8th at 1:00 pm at His Vineyard Church- 656 Arlington Rd, Greer, SC 29651.
