She was born Saturday, May 24, 1952 in Washington, a daughter of the late Henry Patterson and Pearl Pyles Patterson.
Mrs. Dulaney was affiliated with the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Ruff Creek. She loved to read and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was a graduate of Waynesburg College. Judy worked for the Department of Welfare as a Case Worker retiring in 2012.
Her husband, James A. Dulaney, whom she married on June 5, 1971, died April 12, 1993.
Surviving are two daughters, Jody L. Dulaney, of Waynesburg, and Jennette E. Dulaney and her companion Michael Kochis of North Baltimore, Ohio.; two sons, James M. (Christi) Dulaney, of Pikeville, N.C., and Joshua H. (Russhell) Dulaney, of Waynesburg; nine grandchildren, one sister, Patricia Dulaney, of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is one daughter, Jennifer Dulaney
Friends will be received 3 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 8, in the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc., Daryl L. Throckmorton, Owner /Director, 197 N. Maiden St., Waynesburg, PA 15370, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, with Pastor Paul Roofner officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery, Ruff Creek, Pa.
