Also surviving is her son,,, Thomas "TJ" Richter (fiancé, Tori Counts) of Troy, IL; Father Arthur Modrovsky; brother, Norman (Sara) Modrovsky of Maryville, IL; and several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jonella Modrovsky.
Monica worked years ago at Entrprise Rent-a-Car in Clayton, MO and most recently as a claims adjuster at American Water Resources in Alto, IL.
