MOORE FUNERAL

Honey Grove

Richard Kellogg Moore, 75, known as "Major," who died Saturday at home in Fort Worth, was buried in Smyrna Cemetery, northwest of Honey Grove Sunday afternoon. The Rev. J. M. Kerr, Methodist pastor at Windom, officiated, and Robert West Funeral Home here made burial. The Dodd City Masonic Lodge conducted graveside rites.

Mr. Moore leaves his wife, the former Miss Lula Allred, and three children: Mrs. Opal Shockley, Corpus Christi; Mrs. Lillian Tyler and Erwin Moore, Fort Worth; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and these sisters and brothers: Mrs. Ella Brown, Hastings, Okla.; Mrs. Myrtle Elrath, Clyde; Mrs. Alice Weaver, Caddo, Okla.; Isom Moore, Clarendon; and a half-brother, Willie Moore, Houston.
