Their wedding in Australia was said to be the largest wedding ever seen with over five thousand spectators crowding the streets. Their fame as two of the top performers covered the world from the early 1920's until her death from cancer in 1955. Cyril never re married. Starring in hundreds of Broadway and musical shows around the world they set an example that no one has been able to top to this day.
