Frances was born on December 30, 1929 in Rochester, New York to Louis and Irene Russo. In 1960, Frances met Michael Bove at a local diner where she worked. They married in 1963 and moved to Midland, Texas with their young daughter, Donna, in 1977. Frances worked as cook in the hospitality industry until she retired in 2002. Frances was an active member of St. Ann's Catholic Church of Midland and was very busy in most parish activities alongside her husband. Frances and Michael were married for 47 years until his passing in 2010. Shortly thereafter Frances moved to Bentonville, Arkansas and subsequently to Sandy Pond, NY and spent her following 12 years being close to her family. Frances had a passion for cooking and baking which was fueled by her love to host and entertain her many friends and family. Frances was proceeded in death by her husband, Michael Bove; parents, Louis Russo and Irene Anna Vetra; brothers, Phillip, Anthony, and Johnny Russo; sisters, Shirley Caleo and Rosemary Cooper; and stepson James Bove. Frances is survived by daughter, Donna Watkins; son, Randy and Wife Joan Ruehle, son, Raymond Ruehle; and stepson, Michael Bove. Frances is also survived by her grandchildren, Scott Ruehle, Richard Watkins, Ryan Kubicek, Samuel Kinnamon, Michael, Michelle, Jessie, Tracy, and Tina; as well as many nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren. An intimate graveside memorial service will be held in July at Saint John the Baptist Cemetery in Rome, New York. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Circle of Life Hospice, 1201 NE Legacy Pkwy, Bentonville, AR 72712. Arrangements are under the direction of Epting Funeral Home of Bentonville Arkansas.
