Charles C Harvey, 80, of Venice, FL formerly of Traverse City, MI, passed away peacefully from this life into eternal life on June 19, 2021. He was in his home surrounded by loving family. Charles was born March 9, 1941 in Detroit, MI. Born to Charles Harvey and Mavis Carli.

He was proudly raised by Hank & Mavis (Carli) Staples, where they relocated to White Bear Lake, MN.

He attended school and found a love for flying airplanes. He obtained his student pilot license at the age of 16!
He found great joy in flying, hunting and fishing.

After graduating high school he found a career in flying until the late 90's.
He made many great friends along the way who became family.

His sense of humor and flying stories will be missed by all who knew him. He loved to laugh.

He was a devoted father and husband. He loved his family deeply and his legacy will live on in the heart and minds of his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his Parents Hank & Mavis (Carli) Staples, his sister, Patricia, and his brother, Bruce.

He is survived by his wife Antoinette, daughters Jacquelyn, Carolyn (Todd), Elizabeth (Tim), and his brother Greg.
(8) grandchildren as follows, Kara, Lucas, Coco, Mollie, Megan, Timmy, Brennan, Gavin and (18) great grandchildren.

A graveside committal service will take place at Yuba Cemetery on July 17, 2021 at 2:00pm.
