TOPPENISH--James Frank Crayne, 101 years of age, died Friday in St. Elizabeth Hospital. He had been a resident of Toppenish for the last 52 years, and his home address was 1014 Adams Ave.
Mr. Crayne was born in Crillen County, Ky., and was a retired carpenter and painter.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Henry J. Korter, Yakima; a son, Carman Crayne, Gridley, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Nonie Woodall, Buena; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
Hopkins Mortuary Chapel in Toppenish is in charge of funeral arrangements.
