Graveside services will be held Sunday June 27, 2021 at 3:00 PM in the Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. George Grimes, Mr. Gary Brown, and Mr. Tim Miller will officiate.
Mrs. Parker was born in Laurens County, GA the daughter of the late Julian M. and Grace Cannon Pierce of Montrose, GA. She loved Jesus, spending time with her family, playing golf, yard work and flowers. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren. Ceil was preceded in death by her father in law Mr. R.W. "Shine" Parker of Dudley, GA.
Mrs Parker, formerly of Augusta, GA is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ronnie W. Parker. Daughter Jessi (Tim) Miller, and Son Chad Parker. Grandchildren, Cory Miller and Lily Miller. Mother in Law Mrs. Merlene Parker. Brother Larry (Jackie) Pierce , Sisters, Judy Cox, Frankie (Bill) Pratt, and Pam (Don) Nobles. Several Nieces and Nephews.
