Memorial services will be held Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in Evangeline Memorial Gardens Chapel in Carencro for Miles Paul Breaux, age 78, who passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021 at his residence in Carencro.
Mr. Breaux was a native and lifelong resident of Carencro. A veteran of the military, he proudly served his country in the United States Army. Upon being discharged from the military, he successfully owned and operated Gulf Land Fire and Safety Services, Inc. for forty-one years. Miles truly enjoyed spending time with his beautiful bride of fifty-seven years and the family they created together; his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and his fur babies. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and traveling.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-seven years, Patricia Menard; two sons, Mark Breaux and Matt Breaux; one step-son, Pastor Evans; four daughters, Monica Breaux and her children, Brittani (Phuc), Keegan (Logan) and Logan, Michelle O'loughlin and her husband, Patrick, and their children, Lauren, Liam, Lilia, and Leisha, Melanie Baudoin and her husband, Johnnie, and their children, Christopher, Nicholas, Jonathan and Timothy, and Marissa Boudreaux and her husband, Steven, and their children, Dylan, Dustin, Braden, and Makayla; four great grandchildren, Micah, Addie, Samuel and Noelle; and two sisters, Mary B. Richard and her husband, Johnny, and Martha Ann Austin.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Aristide Paul Breaux and the former Martha Comeaux; and one brother, Ted Breaux.
The family requests visiting hours be observed from 2:00 p.m. Sunday until service time on Sunday (June 27, 2021).
