Mr. Bridge retired as a shop foreman from Carter Block after 12 years. He had been a semi-driver for Morrison and Gottwalls for many years.
He was a member of the Royal Center Masonic Lodge, Eastern Stars and Cass County 4-H club.
Dick enjoyed NASCAR, was a Dale Earnhart fan, enjoyed collecting John Deere Tractors and woodworking. He also liked going to Roann for the summer.
Surviving his wife, two sons Dale Bridge and his wife Emy, Logansport, and Curtiss Bridge, Michigan City; one daugther Diane Barrett Walton; one brother Dale Bridge and his compaion Susie Kinder, Logansport; one sister Janice Bridge, Texas; five grandchildren, Tiffany DeWitt and her compaion Brandon Strong, Logansport, Megan Barrett, Walton, Tabitha DeWitt, Kokomo, Carissa Koskye and Caitlen Bridge, both of Plymouth; five grandsons Josh Bridge, Danny Bridge, Eric Bridge, all of Logansport, Craig Bridge, Plymouth, and Bobby Bridge, Indianapolis; two great-grandchildren, Taylor Strong, Logansport, and Jacob Koskye, Plymouth; and one daugther-in-law Kathy Bridge, Culver
Three sons Richard, William and Jeffrey preceded in death.
