Lisa Janine Burrington, age 44, St. Cloud, MN died Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Victory Baptist Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Glenwood, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Lisa was born March 17, 1966 in St. Paul, MN to J. Stanley and Beulah "Fern" (Johnson) Burrington. Despite becoming a quadriplegic at the age of 15, due to a diving accident, Lisa graduated from high school. She always had a positive outlook on life and shared her strong faith in the Lord. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church and had served as a Girl Scout Leader.
Survivors include her mother, Beulah "Fern" Burrington of St. Cloud, MN; five nephews, one niece, one grand nephew, and three grand nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father on March 24, 1994, two sisters, Carrie Burrington on December 30, 1988 and Sherrie Grammentz on August 29, 2007, and a brother, Greg Burrington on August 26, 2008.
