ALMOST A CENTENARIAN.
Mrs. Mary Caroline Conway, of Carroll County, Dies at 88 Years.
Carrollton, Ky., Nov. 13. --- Mrs. Mary Caroline Conway is dead here after an illness of a few days. Until this illness she had been a remarkably active woman. She frequently went to church, two miles distant, visited neighbors and kept up with the news of the county and country, read the Bible and newspaper regularly. She was a member of the Baptist church and was the mother of several sons, all of whom are among the most prominent and prosperous men in the county. On April 2 she would have been ninety-nine years old. Her maiden name was Hoagland, and she was born in Maryland, coming to this county when a child.
