Mary Ollie Breed, 98, of Sharpsburg, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021. She was born in Fayette County, Georgia, on Sunday, June 11, 1922, to Earnest and Annie Lee Brown. Mary was a lifelong member of Turin Baptist Church.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Luther Breed; son, Jimmy Banks; and daughter, Carol Jones. She is survived by her children, Annette Nolan, and Terry Banks; eight grandchildren, lots of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
The family will receive visitors at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville on Sunday, June 13, 2021, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Services will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021, 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville with Pastor John McDuffie officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park in Jonesboro.
