Mrs. Eliza Bailiff died, at her home near Saffordville, Kansas, yesterday, at the age of 82.

She had been blind for about twenty years, and a widow for seventeen. She had four sons and one daughter. She was the mother of James Bailiff, and Mrs. Taylor, of Lyon county, Kansas.
