Ebenezer was the son of Joseph Parker (d: 1774). His brothers were Nathaniel (d: 1789) John, and Joseph Jr. They all lived in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Ebenezer married Esther Higgins on September 26th of 1761. Ebenezer and Esther had a number of children. Among them is Elizabeth (b. July 16 1769 in Cape Elizabeth) and Eleazer Higgins Parker (d. 1814). Ebenezer was the uncle to Ebenezer Parker (son of Nathaniel) who was the first law enforcement officer killed in Maine in the line of duty in 1808. These two Ebenezer Parkers are often confused.
