She was born December 11, 1857, in Prairie Township, Washington County, Arkansas, the daughter of Thomas Moss and Elizabeth Ann (Phelan) Brinson.
She and Alexander "Alex" Price were married July 3, 1876.
Survivor includes her husband.
Burial is believed to be in Combs Chapel Cemetery, near her mother's grave.
