!Murder Victim! India was six years old and a first grade student at Red Bank Elementary School. She had the most radiant smile as you can see in her picture. Her teachers said she had a friendly and outgoing personality. She loved her big sister A'aliah Scott. They both loved to ride their bikes through their West Deptford, New Jersey neighborhood and often walked hand in hand.
India was described by her neighbors as being very cute, happy, friendly and well behaved. She loved to play with her neighbor's dog and always had a hug ready for friends and family.

Her school principal said "India would always greet us with a smile and say "You look beautiful today". "She brightened our day everyday!"

Sadly both she and her ten year old sister A'aliah Scott were found murdered.

India leaves behind her parents Lucille Bevins and Tyrone Duncan; sister Lakeia Smith and brothers Jamil Pollard and Marqueese Lee; Grandparents, Connie Bevens, Brendy Duncan and Bobby James Smalls and a large group of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved her dearly.
