1932-2021

Clayton E. Aspseter, 89 of Rice Lake and formerly of Exeland, died on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at his home.

He is survived by son Clayton Aspseter of Colfax and former daughter-in-law-Colleen Morrow of Rice Lake and Debra and Robbie Westfall of Montana. Three grandchildren Vanessa and Travis Aspseter-Hellstern of Rice Lake, Kirk Peterson of Arizona, and Kristen Peterson of Montana, six great-grandchildren; Brohde, McKenzie, Charleigh, Emersyn, Kirk, Jr., and Journey and 4 siblings; Janet Burcalow of Spokane, WA, Edward Aspseter of Weyerhaeuser, Sharon Villiard of Wausau and Susan Leader of Exeland.

He was preceded in death by a brother Harold D. Aspseter.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the Exeland First United Methodist Church with Rev. Mark Bartlett officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until service time on Thursday at the church.

Burial with military honors will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 3 at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner.
