BILLY JOE WHITE

BILLY JOE WHITE, 63, of Salt Rock, W.Va., passed away October 25, 2006, at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2006, at the Bloomingdale-Salem Baptist Church by Pastor Jeff Sizemore. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock. He was born May 19, 1943, in Salt Rock, a son of the late Arlie and Icely Davis White. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Okey Carroll "Bone" White and Arlie "Lard" White, and one sister, Pam White. He was retired from ACF Industries and was a retired bus driver with the Cabell County Board of Education. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of Bloomingdale Salem Baptist Church and was a Board Member of the Salt Rock Youth Sports. He is survived by his wife, Betty Lou Holton White; one son and daughter-in-law, Willam Joseph and Amanda White of Hurricane, W.Va.; two sisters, JoAnne Stewart and Joyce Edmonds and one brother, Wandel "PeeWee" White all of Salt Rock. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, and after 1 p.m. Saturday at the Bloomingdale-Salem Baptist Church.
