Paul H. Heath, 88, Robinson, IL passed away on Monday May 31, 2021 at his home in Robinson. He was born on June 13, 1932 in Lawrence County, near Sumner, IL. He was the son of Tobias and Vidie (Tenney) Heath. He was married to Mary Jane Murray and Shirley Doolittle who preceded him in death. For the past 53 years he has been married to Bonnie Jean (Newton) Elliott Heath who survives.

He attended Sumner, IL schools; he was affiliated with the Oblong First Christian Church, served in the United States Army from 1952 – 1954; member of the Oblong American Legion Post #219 and the Oblong Masonic Lodge #644 AF&AM for 45 years. Paul and Bonnie enjoyed traveling, any kind of dancing, and playing golf, most of the time they were with their good friends Clell and Arleen Keller.

Paul is survived by his wife Bonnie J. Heath of Robinson, IL; three sons and daughters-in-law David and Leslie Heath of Valier, IL, Carl Dean Heath of Robinson, IL and Cary and Stacey Elliott of Robinson, IL; two daughters and son-in-law Rhea Becker of Robinson, IL and Cindy and Ed Haas of Vandalia, IL; ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a brother Doyle Heath; a sister Dorothy Marshall; son Toby Keith Elliott and a daughter Connie Elliott.

Burial will follow in Oblong Cemetery with Military Rites conducted by Oblong American Legion Post #219.
