STACY'S OBITUARY
Stacy Lee Achan 51, of Beaumont, TX' passed May 20, 2021.

A Memorial Service will be held 11AM, Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Ebenezer Baptist Church 675 College St. Beaumont, TX

On March 27, 1970, a beautiful baby girl, named Stacy Lee Breaux was born to Lucy Sharon Kirkwood and Willie Lee Breaux. From childhood to adulthood, Stacy's feisty attitude, humble spirit, and infectious smile, left a mark on all those she encountered. Stacy received her education through the Beaumont Independent School District, where she graduated from Westbrook High School in 1988. In 1991, Stacy welcomed her "Dude" and SONshine, Marcus Anthony, whom she loved dearly. A few years later, in 1996, Stacy met the love of her life Anderson Achan, III. The two of them together, completed their family when they welcomed their daughter, Destyni Nichol into the world in 1997.

Stacy became a faithful member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church in 1998, where she was also a part of the church's praise team. With her love for entrepreneurship brewing, Stacy started Simply Stacy Enterprise business in 2016, which encompassed her love for cooking/catering, and making natural haircare products. With her first grandchild on the way, Stacy made the decision to retire from Betco Scaffolds in 2018, where she became a full-time "Honey" to her babies and family.

Stacy Achan took pride in her husband, children, and grandbabies who were the light of her world. She adored being their "Honey" and looked forward to making many memories ahead. Stacy loved the Dallas Cowboys, traveling, cooking, and being a faithful servant to the Lord. We can rest assured knowing that Stacy is in a better place, and that in her last days, she was at peace and fulfilled with what God has done in her life and where He was taking her. Her spirit, smile, and laughter lives with us daily, and we will continue to honor her legacy as she would have wanted.
