Buena Vista Resident Dies After Cancer Battle
On May 25, 2021, our beloved Dusty Reid Noel Sr. of Buena Vista, Virginia, took up wings to fly after a long battle with cancer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Reid Noel, and mother, Dorothy Ramsey Noel, and sister, Darlene Compton.
He is survived his wife of 44 years, Regina Lewis Noel; sister, Patricia Holder; four children, Dusty Reid Noel Jr. (Brittany), Krystal A. Clark (Dean), Dawna F. Camden (Brandon), and Frances Ramasso; seven grandchildren, Koda Wagner (Katie), Kaden Wagner, Justice Camden, Logan Camden, Hannah Noel, Alysia Noel, and Christopher Henson; five great-grandchildren, Lilly, Abby, Allie, Easton and Wyatt, and baby Danger Reid to be.
Dusty will be missed by lots of other family members and friends and his beloved cat, Huntley. Special thanks to John and Shelly Lewis.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, May 28 at the Noel Family Cemetery on the mountain by the Rev. Dean Staton. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects at the funeral home, Thursday, May 27, from noon to 5 p.m.
