Mr. AJ Justice, Jr., age 86, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday May 19, 2021 at his residence.
A funeral service will be 12:00 noon on Monday at McLeansville Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3:00pm-5:00pm Sunday at George Brothers Funeral Service and one hour prior to the service time on Monday at McLeansville Baptist Church.
AJ was a veteran of the National Guard, a retired HVAC/Sheet Metal business owner and operator, and a Deacon in the Baptist faith. Over the years, he has provided affordable rental homes to many in the area. To say he was one of a kind is an understatement and he will be greatly missed. We also are so grateful for the many years he was with us, and for him allowing God to use him and his example to bless and help others.
He was preceded in death by his parents Abraham and Bertha Justice; siblings Louis, Frank, Otis, and Eddie Larance Justice and Daisy Mae Crowder; first wife Lucille Huffines Justice; great-grandson Isaac David Hampel.
AJ is survived by his wife, of 66 years, Ruby Justice; children Carolyn Smith (David), Dayle Cairrikier (Gene), Beverly Stewart (David), Robin Andrews, Dean Justice (Leslie), Cathy Hardy (Jimmy); 15 grandchildren, 22 Great-grandchildren; siblings John and Jack Justice, Kathleen Sexton, and Geneva Crowder.
