George G. Glore, 412 South Main street, died at 6 p.m. yesterday in the Decatur and Macon county hospital. He was 66.
Mr. Glore, retired machinist, was active in Decatur trade union circles for years and was several times a candidate for the board of directors of the Decatur park district. He was a former member of the board of directors of the Decatur Weekly News.
He was born March 20, 1882.
He leaves a cousin, Mrs. Annis Archer of Decatur.
The body is in the Monson funeral home, where friends may call after noon Saturday. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Monson chapel and burial will be in Mt. Gilead cemetery.
