Judith Kay Barnhart, 74, St. Marys, WV, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at The Heritage, St. Marys, WV. Born on July 20, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Mildred Grimes. She graduated from St. Marys High School with the class of 1964. She was a member of the Dewey Avenue Church of Christ. She loved to camp and fish in the mountains of West Virginia. Judy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to her family.



She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jesse Barnhart; three sons, Brian (Brandy), Steve (Maria) and Bradley (Aimee); five grandchildren, Brian Barnhart, Adrean Kelley, Campbell Barnhart, Derek Barnhart, and Braden Barnhart; five step-grandchildren, Robbie Berry, Caitlyn Berry, Marissa Mercer, Carlos Gutierrez, and Manny Gutierrez; 12 great–grandchildren, Tyler, Lilli, Ave, Parker, Ana, Landon, Truman, Alani, Kimber, Avah, Jack, and Briar; one brother, Joe (Sandy) Grimes; one sister, Nancy Grimes; brother-in-law, Larry (Brenda) Barnhart; sister-in-law, Harriett Fitzgerald; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sisters, Martha Jean Davis, and Mary Lou Bennett.



Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday May 20, 2021 at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV. Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery (Park Section), St. Marys, WV. Friends may call from 5 to 8 P. M. Wednesday and from 12 to 1 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
