Russell "Brent" Mullens, an employee of East Louisiana State Hospital in Jackson, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, as a result of an automobile accident. He was 37.
Visiting at Charlet Funeral Home Inc., Clinton, until service, conducted by the Rev. Alvin Hall. Interment in Buetoville Cemetery.
He is survived by his fiancée, Denise Johnson, Jackson; her children, Heather and Kyle Bryan; sisters, Stephanie Lofton and husband Mark, Laurel, Miss., and Cheryl Martin and husband Ross, Ethel; brothers, Phil Mullens and wife Janis, and Mike Mullens and wife Jean, all of Ethel; uncles, Clyde Mullens, Harold Mullens and Milford Mullens; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, L.D. and Jean Mullens; and grandparents, Ruben and Maggie Mullens and Gladys and Russell Langlois.
