Samuel and Patricia traveled across the country while he served in the U.S. Army. They called Albuquerque, NM and Honolulu home before finally arriving at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The family would relocate to Satellite Beach, FL in 1984. Patricia was a graduate of Athens State College and managed to complete her education while working full time and supporting her family. She will also be remembered as a loving aunt, dedicated wife, and supportive mother. Preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Parmarter, SR (married June 1966) and sister, Mariann Batten, surviving are son, Samuel, Jr (Christina) of Rockledge, FL and siblings, Cecilia Burniston and Joseph Cieslak.
A memorial will be held at the Beach Funeral Home in Indian Harbour Beach, FL on May 21, 2021. Published in Florida Today May 15, 2021.
