Westfall English. Born in Simcoe, Norfolk County, Canada, August 30, 1932, he was the son of the late Sanford S. and Elsie Luckham English. He was a retired case worker for Pa. Department of Public Welfare. He was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam, life member of Disabled American Veterans, volunteer for Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, and Special Olympics. Surviving in addition to his wife are sons Sanford W. English of Newport, PA, and Robert A. English of Los Angeles, CA; daughter Debra J., wife of David O'Connor of North Augusta, SC; six grandchildren; and sisters Mary Ann Griggs of Durham, Ontario, Canada, and Nora McLaren of Amersburg, Ontario, Canada.
