Keith William Fisher
OTTUMWA–Keith William "Bill" Fisher, 73, of 5863 Cliffland Road, died at 4:25 a.m. December 31, 2013, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
He was born November 24, 1940, in Ottumwa to Keith Charles and Virginia Castle Fisher. He married Patricia Linch on December 26, 1964.
Bill was a boilermaker, having worked for and retiring from Boilermakers Local 83. He owned and operated East End Country Club in Ottumwa and then The Ranch in Eldon. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. Bill loved music and played in several local bands. He was always there to help someone.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia; his children, Teresa Darnell of Ottumwa, Billy (Morgan) Fisher of Ottumwa and Keith (Chelsea) Fisher of South Dakota; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Francine, Judy and Lavonne; four brothers, Patrick, Bob, Michael and Jim.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Chuck; and a sister, Betty.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Reece Funeral Home with Father Patrick Hilgendorf officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Thursday with the family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Memorials may be made to the family.
