He was survived by his wife, Sarah Elizabeth Keith Hall and their surviving children. He was preceded in death by their 1 year old Daughter Sammie Florence Hall, his parents and his siblings. His little Daughter Sammie Florence Hall passed away in 1878 and is interred in Shilo Cemetery in Fannin, Texas.

His young Daughter 'Ida Cornelia Hall Mahan' also rests in New Salem Cemetery with him, his infant Granddaughter 'Pansy Fay Spear', and his young Daughter-in- Law, 'Ollie D. Stone Hall', the first wife of his Son Ollie Marcellous Hall. 'Amanda Sina Lievsay' rests there, the Mother of Mary Sybil Lievsay Hall, who is the Wife of his Son, Constantine Edmond Hall. His Wife's Father and Mother, 'Edmon Mcdonald Keith' and 'Hannah Carolina Smith Keith' rest there as well.

Row 33,Plot 278. Tall, vertical, white headstone. 'C.K.Hall' is etched on top of the headstone. A large rock is placed at the base of the headstone. It appears greyish now, but when cleaned, the headstone is all white, a verse etched on front of it
