Georgette Feuerborn, 85, Ottawa, died Friday, Nov. 2, 2007, at Richmond Healthcare Center, Richmond.

She was born July 6, 1922, at Saint Agatha, Maine, to Eloi and Modeste (Chasse) Bosse.

She moved to Ottawa from Maine in 1952.

She graduated from Winslow High School, Maine, in 1941.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Altar Society, Ottawa; Navy Mothers Club and Twin Mothers Club.

She worked in assembly at King Radio, Ottawa, from 1975 to 1988. She also worked as a welder at Groton Shipyard, Connecticut, during World War II. She also worked as an assembler and machine gun tester at Colt Munitions.

She married Raymond E. Feuerborn July 11, 1951, at Bangor, Maine. He preceded her in death Feb. 1, 1977.

Survivors include sons, David Sullivan, and his wife, Charity, Freeport, Ill., Hubert H. Feuerborn, Kansas City, Mo., and Ray D. Feuerborn, and his wife, Sue, Cedarville, Ill.; daughters, Raylene Carter, Mt. Pleasant, Texas, and Joni M. Prue, Richmond; grandchildren, Larry Stussie, Theresa Loftis, Brandi Bastin, Kenny Bissell, Steve Bissell, Dezirae Zook, Staci Feuerborn, Mandi Carter, Amy McFadden and Katie Prue; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.
