He was enumerated in the 1850 Mortality Schedule for Jefferson Township, Richland County, Ohio, line 25. His head stone leans up against he family tombstone of his father and mother Philip Lash and Elizabeth Lamb Lash. It was originally the northern most headstone in the row consisting of his father, mother, and two step mothers' head stones.
