Roger Dale Argent, age 76, born in Jasper, Alabama and a resident of Bay Minette, Alabama died Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Mobile Infirmary. He was a retired Police Officer after 18 years of service with the Washington D.C. Police Department. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during Vietnam.

He is survived by one son, Drew (Nina) Argent of West Virginia; one daughter, Veronica (Jerry) Salisbury of Maryland; one brother, Gary (Annette) Argent of Parrish, AL; one sister, Glenda (James) Glasgow of Bay Minette, AL; a sister-in-law, Judy Argent of Jasper, AL; four grandchildren, Avery Argent, Camryn Argent, Colton Argent and Alonzo Molina and a host of extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edward and Doloros Lambert Argent and a brother, Don Argent.

A memorial graveside service will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Jasper, Alabama with James Glasgow officiating.
