Edwin, age 100, was the son of Charles and Elizabeth (Barber) Beeson. He graduated from Edna (KS) High School in 1940 and served in the US Army. He married Fannie Genevie Holt on Janury 7, 1950, in Lowell, Arkansas. He married Beulah Cole on September 16, 1973, in Montville, Connecticut. Survivors include his son, Walter Beeson. He was preceded in death by both wives, his parents, his daughter, Elizabeth Ann Beeson, and his siblings Opal, Alma, Ruth, Lloyd, Harold, Kenneth, and Mirle. Funeral services were held at Edna First Baptist Church. Burial was in Richland Cemetery in Angola.
