Shirley Bellatti passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021. She was born in Wewoka, Oklahoma on September 11, 1935 and was raised in Stillwater. She married her high school sweetheart, Robert "Bob" Bellatti, in 1954. They lived in Colorado Springs, Stillwater, Kansas City and Bartlesville before retiring to Grand Lake in 2000. He was her soul mate and the love of her life.

Her passions were her family, friends, serving others and the Lord.

She treasured family, her husband, her four children and she especially loved her role as "Gams" to four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was devoted to her parents, in-laws, sister, nieces, nephews, cousins and held many family celebrations that brought us together as a family.

She made lasting friends wherever she lived, her Golden Girls from high school, her golfing "Friday Foursome", the Lunch Bunch, bridge clubs and many more.

She was an avid volunteer but also sought out opportunities to help others directly. She had a fellowship group to welcome and bring together wives of OSU foreign exchange students, tutored children after school in Cleora and for fifty years was an active member of PEO, an organization of women helping women pursue their education. Her grand finale was creating the South Grand Lake Meals on Wheels program from the ground up, with her friend Judy Starcevich. Her vision was a program staffed by volunteers, creating healthy home-cooked meals, and delivering them to seniors in need three days a week with no government funding. They raised the money, designed the kitchen, adapted many of her favorite recipes and created all the processes that keep this service functioning today.

She lived her faith every day serving, adoring, and trusting the Lord. The Lord blessed all who knew her with a generous, compassionate, loving, and beautiful Shirley for 85 years. She is now with our Lord and Savior leaving us with her amazing legacy.

She was preceded by her mother and father, Floyd and Elsie Paris, and her beloved daughter Melissa.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Bellatti; daughter Laurie Danks and husband Bob of Aspen, Colorado; sons Bobby Bellatti and wife Angie of Langley, Doug Bellatti and partner Chris of Dallas, Texas; four grandchildren Jason, Tyler, Ashley, and Katy; five great-grandchildren; sister Donna Porter of Kansas City, and brother-in-law Edd Bellatti and wife Melyn of Bartlesville.
