Anita Jo Adair, 59, of Spavinaw, Oklahoma died April 22, 2021 at her home. She was born January 10, 1962 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas to A.J. Riggins and Joann (Fletcher) Riggins. Anita worked for the USDA as an inspector and was a member of the American Federation of Government Employees, Local 2650.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her son Chad Adair and wife Jennifer of Lincoln, Arkansas; granddaughter Hadley Jo Adair of Lincoln, Arkansas and brother Jack Woodruff and wife Suzanne of Gentry, Arkansas and her sister Lachelle Doublehead of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Bell Cemetery, West Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
