Kelso, Tennessee. Murphy R. Norris, 65, died Saturday night in the Franklin County Hospital. Funeral services were Monday at Higgins Funeral Home. Burial was in Stiles Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lydia Ruth Norris of Kelso; four daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Johnson, Mrs. Brenda Roland, Miss Emma Norris, all of Kelso, Mrs. Margie Burks, Huntland; five sons, Joe, David, Philip, and Ricky Norris of Kelso, and James Norris of Fayetteville; three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Shepard, Mrs. Pauline McFaddin, both of Rockford, Ill.; Mrs. Minnie Simmons, Hammond, Ind.; five brothers, Edward Norris, New Hope Community, Roy Norris, Crossroads Community, Bill Norris, Howell Community, Floyd Norris, Nashville, Thed Boyd, Rockford, Ill.; and four grandchildren.
