Adolph Bruggman, 85, Elk Point, S. D., died Friday at the home of a daughter, Lillian of Denver, after an illness of four months. Mr. Bruggman was born March 22, 1874, in Arcadia, Ia. He married Martha Buck in Laurel, Neb. They resided there until 1929 when they moved to a farm near Elk Point. In 1944 they moved to Elk Point. Mrs. Bruggman died in 1948 in Elk Point. Survivors include two daughters, Lillian and Mrs. Peter Hyldahl, both of Denver; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Anderson funeral home in Elk Point. Rev. A. C. Walker of the Congregational church in Elk Point will officiate and burial will be in Memorial park cemetery in Sioux City.
