Mrs. Adams, who died Sunday in Spokane, was born in Waldron, Arkansas. She moved to Spokane 50 years ago and worked as a data processor for the City of Spokane until retirement in 1987.
Mrs. Adams was a board member of the American Association of Retired Persons.
She was preceded in death by a son, John W. Adams, in 1977. Survivors include her two daughters, Leslie Hatch and Laurie Kennedy, both of Spokane; a brother, Beecher Sparks of Morrow, Arkansas; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
