Mrs. French was of the Christian faith and attended Antioch Revival Center. Uleta was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and the best granny to her family. She liked to keep and maintain her plant garden, and enjoyed fishing time to time. She loved to pick Polk and take them home and fry them with her family. She also enjoyed traveling and collecting antiques and what not's.
Uleta was preceded in death by her parents Sim and Billie Woods, her sister Carol Marsha Woods, her brothers Richard Woods, Sheldon Woods, Junior Woods, and grandson Aaron Jackson French.
Mrs. French is survived by her husband of 50 years, Henry Jackson French Jr.; children, Machelle Russell, Henry (Misty) French, III, Anthony French, Thomas French, and Brian French; her brother John Woods and sisters Shermane Woods and Donna Raymond; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Antioch Revival Center with Bro. Cricket Watson officiating. Interment services will follow afterwards in Woodlawn Cemetery. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
