Bobby is survived by his sons Chris Allen, Kevin Allen, daughter Kimberly Herring and her husband Andrew, and 4 grandchildren.
Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Marlene Allen; son Bobby Allen, Jr., his parents Markie and Georgia Allen, brothers Markie Allen, Wendell Allen, and Billy Ray Allen.
A visitation will be on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Palm Memorial Worden Chapel, 140 South 6th Street, Chowchilla, California. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Chowchilla Cemetery District, 23359 Road 14 1/2, Chowchilla, CA.
