Wilma Mae Harding Taylor, 96, died Friday, June 1, 2012 at 7:25 AM. She was a native of Philomont, VA and resident of Houma, LA.

Services will be held in Suitland, Maryland at a later date.

She is survived by her,
husband of 63 years, Mecklen "Moe" Oscar Taylor;
son, James Taylor and wife Brenda;
stepdaughter, Karen Lee Taylor, Gretna,
granddaughter, Claudia Taylor Ryder and husband Mike,
two great grandchildren, Chloe' Taylor Ryder and Griffin Michael Ryder,
sister, Ruth Steger, Arlington, VA.

She was preceded in death by her,
parents, Chester Harding and Ora Hawes Harding,
sisters, Flora Cheseldine, Mable Doyle, Margaret Louise Taylor, Viloa Murphy, Thelma Harding, Rose Marie Collins and Katherine Harding,and brothers, Stacy, John, Chester and Richard Harding.

The Taylor family would like to thank the staff of St. Catherine's Hospice of LaPlace and the staff of The Oaks of Houma for the dedicated, loving care given to her during her illness.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Catherine's Hospice.
