Mrs. Agnes C. Doan, 93, of St. Joseph Home died at noon Sunday at St. John's Hospital.
A resident of Springfield for many years, Mrs. Doan was born in Rochester on June 20, 1892, the daughter of Jacob and Louise Vettle [sic] Price.
Her husband, John L., died in 1950, and a daughter, Pauline Wise, also preceded her in death.
She formerly was employed at Community Bakery and later by B&Z Bakery.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Harold (Denzil) Mudd, and Mrs. F. Edward (Margaret) Yates, both of Springfield; one son, John J. Doan, of Petersburg; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were at St. Joseph's Church.
Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
