Herman Ilfeld Bacharach was a well note artist whose art included Ziegfield Follies and their outfits.
Services were held in Las Vegas and his interment-inurnment occurred in Phoenix in the Niche Room with his parents.

Son of Isaac Bacharach and Belle Ilfeld [1887-1940]

Isaac Bacharach and his brother Simon married sisters, and were pioneer merchant in New Mexico

Attended the public schools in Las Vegas, NM. Graduated from the University School of Art in Philadelphia.

He was an artist of note, a keen studeny, historian and connoisseur of art and its many forms. While living in New York and elsewhere east, he for mant seasons designed costumes fot the renowned Ziegfeld Follies as well as for other spectacular Ziegfeld prodections. He also illustrated numerous popular children's books for national book publishers.

He moved to Arizona when his father died in 1936 and lived with his mother in Prescott, Arizona with is mother until she died in 1940.

He served in the Arforce during WWII and when the was was over he retured to Las Vegas where he resided with his Aunt
